Gondang Legi’s crispy duck is one of our most famous dishes and highly recommended. Due to its special way of preparation the duck is extraordinary tasty and crispy, which you can feel in every single bite. You will be served half of a whole duck, which is first braised in 15 various Balinese spices and herbs and afterwards deep-fried on medium heat. All of our used Balinese spices such as ginger, galangal, turmeric, shallot, garlic, lemon grass, chili, shrimp paste and several others are all purchased from our company-owned supplier in Bali- Denpasar. As the supplier of our spices belongs to our company it is guaranteed that all products are fresh and original from Bali.
